VA Assistant

Our Marketing and Social Media Assistant will be responsible for building and executing campaigns on Facebook and Instagram for our group of offices as well as coordinate print marketing orders for our agents. You will strategize, execute, and manage a variety of ad campaigns from beginning to end. The candidate in this position will conceptualize campaigns, develop and execute all ads, and analyze ad performance results.
Responsibilities:
• Keep company messages concise and consistent in accordance with our brand
• Develop marketing materials and advertising campaigns from conception to completion that are timely and effective
• Data entry and also strong business abilities.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email
• Deliver social media content with a fresh approach and respond to all followers
