Wordpress/Woocommerce/Oxygen Builder Developer

Hey, I’m Tilen - Owner of a boutique digital marketing agency, looking for Wordpress/Woocommerce/Oxygen developer who will help us create amazing Woocommerce web-stores and high-converting landing pages.

We are a group of young, driven individuals who work fully remote - half of us are in Europe & half in SE Asia.

We work with a small number of fast-growing e-commerce companies, where we lead the charge with their social media advertising, content production (mainly for advertising), influencer marketing, email marketing and CRO. The fast growth of our clients makes it a fast-paced position & you often get to work really closely with a small number of end clients, where you can see the direct impact of your work on their growth.

We are geeks when it comes to digital marketing and pride ourselves on the professional and personal growth of the team and transparently sharing information and teaching other team members everything we can. :)

The person we are looking for is reliable, smart and hard-working - an executor that thrives in the fast pace of growth, can actively problem-solve, sees opportunities for improvement and acts on them and can give feedback to the team. You also have to be able to work remotely - where you have a dedicated space where you can focus and work distraction-free. Because we’re a fast growing & remote company, the type of person who thrives in structure will NOT do well in this role. Your main goal will be to help our clients grow through creating amazing Woocommerce web-stores and high-converting landing pages.

Job Position:

We’re in need of a Wordpress Developer to help with website setups - specifically the stack of Wordpress, Woocommerce and Oxygen Builder.

The designs will either be set up from pre-existing Oxygen builder design sets or Figma files for any custom designs.

You must :
Be efficient and knowledgeable in Wordpress and Woocommerce development
Be experienced in Oxygen Builder, with active past projects
Be familiar with e-commerce website structures/flows, conversion principles and UX patterns
Be able to take direction well & learn fairly quickly
Work well within firm deadlines
Work well with a team, who all contributes to the ad-making process
Be eager to learn about the ad-making and conversion focused web design world
Already have a portfolio/examples displaying the techniques & skills we are looking for

Hours to start will be 20-30 hours/week.
