ABOUT THE POSITION:
I'm looking for someone who's passionate about internet marketing - and wants to become the best there is. Your starting job will depend on your current skills (you'll start by doing the things you're already familiar with, where after I'll train you further). To give you an indication of what kind of things I have in mind:
- Setting up & monitoring PPC Ad campaigns (FB Ads, Adwords & re-targeting campaigns).
- Writing high-quality blog posts about online marketing.
- Split-testing the ads and landing pages.
- Creating insightful reports using Google Analytics and similar platforms.
- Recommend new content for website.
- Basic Photoshop work.
- Email auto-responder management.

ABOUT COMPENSATION:
• We pay on a weekly basis
• We pay bonuses for great work
• We pay 13th Month Bonus
• We give pay increases based on performance
• Every month you work, you earn 1 personal day which can be used as sick days or vacation days (12 Days per Year)
• These are the paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Independence Day, All Saints Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve (7 Days)
