Staff CX is currently in need of Talent Acquisition Specialists who are experienced in sourcing and headhunting for candidates.

The job also requires expertise in talent assessment and interviewing.

Job Requirements

•Work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
•Experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•A degree in Human Resources Management or any relevant field
