I am looking for a part-time technical support assistant who can master the CRM system I created. It's based on Podio, Zapier, Google Drive, HubSpot CRM and a few other platforms. While prior mastery in these tools is not necessary, it will be necessary to master them quickly with my help. Some Javascript and PHP coding experiences is a plus. As this person will be supporting customers, good oral and written communication skills is necessary and prior call center experience is a plus. Finally, this person will also be responsible for creating training videos and uploading to the knowledgebase so some experience with video tools is a plus. Finally, if the above work is managed well, I can see this person growing into a full time position with responsibility for customer onboarding.
