Must know how to draw in different style like,
-Rick & Morty
-Bob's Burger
-Simpsons
-Anime
-Etc.

Must be:
-Honest (super important, I hire someone who lie about their skill and it's very disappointing)
-On time to Pass it on deadline (I don't care if you go out for a while or sleep for a while, but be sure to pass it on deadline)
-Reliable
-Quick to learn
-Open for communication (ask me if you don't know, so I can help you)
-Patient
-Respectful

Must have:
-Tablet or Computer (because the size will be 4800x6000 px, 300 dpi)
-Internet Connection
-any software will do, as long as your skillful in that software or app.
