I need experienced transcriptionist who can transcribe 1 hour audio within 8 hours,
You should be able to proofread your own work.
I can pay $10 per audio hour.
I can increase the per audio hour rate depending on your work quality.
You should have you own software and equipment to do transcription work (Computer, Headset, MS Word, Express Scribe, etc)
