topnotch High Ticket Closer / Sales rockstar to sell his coaching products & services (high ticket ranging
from $2500-$20.000 / product)

Your mission: to facilitates deals on SV's premium products and services over the phone
including but not limited to coaching programs, courses, or business partnership agreements

You will be responsible for acquiring new business and maintaining the relationship with these clients. An
active database would be advantageous. Qualified leads will be provided.
You will be working hand-in-hand with SIGURD VEDAL, up selling to existing leads & customers and
more importantly sourcing and securing new business through social media outreach

You will be required to maintain a customer account list, set monthly targets and increasing our customer
base.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and maintain growth targets and sales pipeline
• Identify opportunities for business growth and structure appropriate deals to create demand
• Daily reporting prepared and shared with president.
• Maintain regular communication with allocated customer base via telephone, email and instant
messaging
• Manage accounts and deliver profitable, long term value to customers
• Make outbound sales calls and set up meetings with existing and potential customers
• Process quotations and sales orders
• Work with Sales team to meet group target
• Consistently reach and exceed sales targets
• Manage deal processes from concept to closure
• Plan and manage daily activities and follow up customer calls.
• Complete all administration within specified time frames.
• Ability to close sales


REQUIREMENTS / ABOUT YOU

To be successful here you must be

• Minimum of 5 years sales experience via phone, email and/or chat
• Experience selling high ticket coaching offers / services (> $2500 / product) is a huge advantage
• Minimum 2 years of high ticket sales experience (selling coaching programs & 1:1
coaching/consulting from webinar, email applications)
• Enthusiastic team member with excellent people skills – ability to connect with, and nurture
relationships, with clients, customers, colleagues, suppliers, service providers etc.
• Be a hard-working, self-motivated, caring, can-do-will-do worker who can work alone.
• Have excellent sales and business communication skills, good attention to detail, including a
good command of English (both written & spoken). Spanish is a plus.
• Be available to represent the company at networking, chamber and local events
• Have a thorough working knowledge MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook & Power Point;
and Internet/Email & social media.
• Must have confidence in telephone marketing and sales with Exceptional communication skills
• Understand people´s various PERSPECTIVES & consumer behaviour
• Understand how to psychologically influence people
• Ability to maintain control of the conversation, influencing and persuading prospects
• Possesses a level of proficiency in a range of transferable, essential skills that are necessary to
do the job well, and adapt to changes in the sales industry
• Can establish and grow business relationships to contribute to the company's top line revenue
growth
