We would require the successful candidate to report to a physical office.
This is an ever evolving role. We are in the Life and Business education organization, however, our sibling company also manages properties.
Although your primary duty is to provide excellent customer service to both external and internal clients, your other role is to be the social media champion for the company - distributing contents onto social media and sowing relationships to convert subscribers into clients. We expect you to commit to continuous professional & self improvement in the area of business, marketing, and life.
Other productivity tools we use will be Zendesk, Asana, and MS Suites.
Main Responsibilities:
? Act as the business support officer (admin support)
? Provide excellent client service & support (customer service)

Essential
? Excellent direct customer service & experiences when dealing with issues, problems and stumbling block (not back office)
? Good verbal intonation: Melody, pace, pause and speed.
? Above average scores in their Academic transcripts in their Degree or certificate.
? Professional standards
Highly regarded (optional)
? Any work experiences with life and business Coaching industry
? Past property management experience
? Past bookkeeping certification or diploma
? Social Media Management experience
Client & Business support duties:
? To perform administrative and customer services duties associated to VK entities
? Execute duties listed in the masterChecklist
? Document processes and systemize workflow
? Deliver superior customer services to clients
? Execute all administrative duties listed in the MasterChecklist.
? Execute tasks associated to the Business Mng Software and CRM
? Deliver excellent Client support via phone and
? Deliver excellent business support services via phone and
? Constantly review processes to create effective systems to minimize
? Provide support to VK personal tasks and enquiries
? Documentation, systemization, and constant revision of business processes, and includes
troubleshooting, resolution, constant refinement, and improvement of it.
? Complete assigned Asana tasks and projects before deadline
? Perform internet research work:
? Competitors researching, products features and pricing comparison
? Product and service enquiries calls
? Take action & close Tickets to client’s requests
? Maintain accurate records in the CRM
? Perform friendly debt collection calls
? Perform other Administrative duties (flatmates, gumtree, etc)
