Customer Service For Dropshipping Store

I run an ecommerce drop shipping business.

I'm looking to hire a customer service rep with minimum 2 years experience who has knowledge of the following platforms:

Zoho Mail (support help desk)
CommerceHQ (ecommerce platform)
Aliexpress (supplier management)
Droppified (Fulfillment)

The tasks needed include:
Responding to customer emails regarding refunds, tracking numbers, FAQs.
Handling customer ---------- municating with Aliexpress suppliers
Disputing Aliexpress orders.
Reporting on ---------- ecking delivery status with suppliers
Other admin tasks

Applicant needs to:
Speak fluent English both written and verbally
Be available for 1 Skype calls with me per week to give me an update.
