Shipping and Delivery Application

Looking for lead developers with experience designing map based pickup and delivery applications for mobile users. Typically we use C#, Javascript, Angular with .NET however if you have a different recommendation for a multi-user application we are open to your suggestions. Please respond with relevant examples.
