Work Schedule: 40+ hours / week, 9 AM - 6 PM EST

Detailed Requirements For Applying For This Position:

* Speaks and writes fluent Business English

* Most recent 2+ years working with US BPO

* Skillful Using Microsoft Excel For Reporting

* At least 2+ years work experience in Customer Service Field

* At least 1+ year experience using at least 1 Social Media Platform (please specify which one and what exactly do you do with it)

* Perform 2 test tasks that are relevant for hiring this position
