We have openings for our Acquisitions Manager/Cold Caller, mainly looking for people with customer service and sales experience.

You will need to have experience with real estate cold calling, speaking great english, building rapport and helping others to solve their problems.
Sales and telemarking experience required
Know how to write email's and communicate well with US customers


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for someone who is wanting and willing to learn and be driven to succeed! We enjoy making a difference in people lives and we want the same for you. We are currently seeking Acquisition Managers. The AQM will prospect for and acquire new residential properties and build seller relationships on a daily basis from various inbound and outbound lead sources provided by our company. You will assist in all aspects of the process by prospecting, cultivating, setting appointments and managing leads in our contact management database system. You will obtain critical information about seller leads and schedule appointments with qualified leads, the end goal being an executed Purchase Contract for their Property. You will also maintain the Seller relationship throughout the course of the sale of their Mobile Home Park.

We are looking for someone who is results oriented, has the ability to quickly connect and build rapport with strangers, and possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.

DAY TO DAY WORK WOULD INCLUDE:

Outbound calls to potential sellers
Follow up with leads daily
Follow up with cold leads daily
Good communication with sellers via email text and phone

SKILLS NEEDED:

Sales experience is a must. You will be required to make a minimum of 100 calls a day or have valued conversations with clients
Be able to communicate well via phone, text or email
Have good follow-up skills
THIS POSITION IS HOURLY RATE + COMMISSION BASED Coachable and teachable
Confident in speaking with someone over the phone
