URGENT HIRING! EXPERIENCED DIGITAL MARKETING & SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
ONLY EXPERIENCED Digital Marketing Professional with ClickFunnels ---------- pany: ---------- ( ---------- )
Work Hours: 9AM - 1PM EST / 10PM - 2AM MNL
Work Duration: Depends on your performance, preferably long term.
Rate or Salary: SKILLS AND RESULTS DEPENDENT but will start at $5/hr for the first 1-2 months.
Job Description:
The job is not just about content postings or graphics designs. We need someone who can implement strategies, analyze results, with proof of performance.

*Multi-channel, touchpoint marketing.
*Experienced in advertising on social media platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn and search channels such as Google and Bing.
*Knowledge of landing pages, funnels, conversions, pixels, tags, testing, integrations, etc.
*Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
*Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
*Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
*Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.

Job Requirements:
*2+ sequential years performing intermediate to advanced marketing functions
*Experience in ClickFunnels, landing page creation, thank you page creation, autoresponders, google sheet integration, and integrating the Facebook pixel to funnels is a must.
*In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing tools, social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
*Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
*Be tech-savvy and able to figure out new digital programs and tools without much hand-holding.
*Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
*Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
*Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
*Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
*Ability to deliver tasks on time and send detailed daily updates.
*Organized with a keen sense of detail.
*Outstanding English communication skills.
