POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking an Ecommerce Manager who can step into the company with the skills to lead the ecommerce/digital marketing initiative , globally. Someone who thrives in a fast pace with a growing company. Has a passion for business and who has impeccable attention to detail.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Manage eCommerce sites executing site updates and promotions improving UX and conversion. Shopify Plus experience preferred.
Provide reporting and analysis on eCommerce site and campaign KPIs
Manage and report on Amazon listings, develop marketing tactics to drive Amazon business
Assist with the planning and coordination of all digital marketing campaigns
Execute marketing tactics driven by yearly strategic marketing plans and yearly channel marketing budget
Maintain the day-to-day relationships with all channel marketing partners
Work with the Creative team to create all necessary assets for each campaign
Attend meetings/calls where appropriate and create meeting notes
Write creative briefs and drive timelines associated with project
Constant communication with key stakeholders on project statuses
Consistently strive to improve the quality and effectiveness of all campaigns
Ensure prompt reimbursement and invoicing to and from vendors and partners
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of Marketing experience with a focus in eCommerce
Advanced knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics
Experience with marketing automation and
Experience working in Amazon as seller or vendor
Ability to manage multiple budgets at once
Problem-solving and analytical skills
Communication skills – written and verbal
Advanced knowledge of Excel
Must be able to multitask and handle multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
