Accountant / Tax Preparer / Business Finance consultant

Looking for a very talented assistant to help me with my start up consulting business. I assist my clients in obtaining all types of financial loans to expand their businesses and personal finance. Below I will list the traits and requirements that I am in need of for you to join.

Everything listed below must be based from the US markets. If you do not have a thorough understanding of how this works in the US, this job is not for you.

*Tax accounting*
Must have solid knowledge and skill to perform US tax returns. You must know how to do personal but more important corporate returns.
Must know how to amend tax returns and where it must be submitted for the IRS
Must make the numbers work on the tax return. Our objective here is to get loans approved so making tax returns to look like a loss will cause loan denial.

*Accounting and Payroll*
Must know how to make Balance sheets
Financial statements
Maintain corporate minutes or log details of annual meetings to keep corporation in good standing
Must know how to create back track W2 and 1099's
Create Pro Forma's

*Other talents*
If you worked for a major US bank in underwriting for credit approval of either lines of credit, business loans or credit cards your input as to what the numbers on the application should be will be a great help.
Having knowledge of the credit industry in the US. Mainly FICO score and an understanding of UCC and and Dunn and Bradstreet for business credit is very important.
Basically you have to be open minded and logical. We are in the business of getting good clients with great credit access to as much capital as possible. You have to assist me in painting the financial picture so when we submit it to the bank it gets approved. So understanding how much income an industry makes, which industries are banks approving the most, and what numbers to put are what your job will be all about. We work things back words to build the start up capital for our clients.
