Web Developer With Design Experience

IMPORTANT: This is a REAL web developer position for a well-established US Agency. We are looking for someone who has a passion for landing page and web design & Development and a person who is serious about growing with an agency.

The PPC Boutique was created to specifically address the PPC needs of Information marketers with special focus and expertise on Real Estate and Internet educational products.

Rather than the routine “cookie-cutter” approach to PPC campaign management that is the norm today, we pride ourselves on our attention to detail and our high level of personal service to craft a customized PPC campaign solution from start to finish.

Responsibilities
We are looking for a talented, driven Junior Web Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate one who is eager to learn and grow with our development team, and possess a strong understanding of best practices and standards.

Responsibilities
-Taking a key role in the design and layout of a website
-Creating Photoshop Design File (PSDs) for visual layout of web pages and converting designs into HTML and CSS
-Working with other teams to meet company-wide targets
-Implementing and maintaining high quality SEO policies and incorporating them with web content
-Reporting to senior management or clients
-Collecting and analysing data on website usage to improve performance
-Responding to reports of technical problems and working with the team to fix them quickly
-Liaising with Copywriters, Graphic Designers and Developers to ensure that tasks are completed on time

Skills and Qualifications
2+ years of experience with HTML, CSS, Javascript, Wordpress
Proficient knowledge of WordPress customization and development
Able to work on several different projects at once
A working knowledge of a range of software, hardware and operating systems
Excellent attention to detail
A flexible approach and a willingness to accept feedback and incorporate it into their designs
An understanding of the key principles of branding
Knowledge of typography
An understanding of colour theory
Knowledge of user experience best practices
Nice to haves
Familiarity with project management tools such as Teamwork, Slack, Stealth and Clickfunnels, Thrive Themes
Familiarity with working with an agency
DNS/Domain Registrar/Email Server knowledge
