Legal CRM Implementer

Greetings! My name is Dustyn, and I am a lawyer and law-firm owner in Lansing, Michigan, USA. I'm looking for someone to join our team to help us get more use out of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, Lawmatics. The first few projects you'll be undertaking are going to be pretty heavy on data entry, but this is a role that can evolve if you want it to. If you show that you can take on higher-level projects––and if that's something you want to do--then we can make that happen.

As far as skills I'm looking for, I need someone who both thinks in systems and has a meticulous eye for detail. We love our CRM, but it can be a real headache for us if there are mistakes because those mistakes amplify. We need all of our automated communications and custom fields to be just right, and to be right the first time. So you need to be able to understand how everything works together while also making sure that the details are in order.

I also need you to have a pretty good grasp of the English language. You don't have to have it mastered, but we need to be able to communicate effectively, and a lot of your work will require using and understanding English.

Again, this is a role that can change over time. Our firm needs help in lots of areas, and we plan to keep growing. So our needs will too. If you want to keep working on and developing systems for us, great! If you want to shift your focus to become more of a legal assistant, that works too!
