RESPONSIBILITIES
• Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
• Source for possible clients and ensure to maintain a good and healthy relationship with them
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
• Meet required sales quota every quarter.

REQUIREMENTS
• Candidate must be a graduate of any two (2) or four (4)-year course
• Candidate must have good interpersonal skills
• Candidate must have a pleasing personality
• Candidate must be a fast-learner, can work under pressure, pro-active and is goal-oriented Candidate must be at least 20 to 35 years old
Knowledge and experience in Sales is an advantage, though, fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
