Experienced High DA SEO link builder needed

I am looking for an experienced link builder who can show a track record of solid results across a variety of industries in the US market. Must have experience in keyword research, on-page optimization, link-building via email outreach, high DA link-building and be up to date with Googles latest algo changes.

Must be comfortable with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Buzzsumo, Screaming frog etc..
