We are seeking a PPC (Pay Per Click) Manager to plan and run our PPC campaigns. You will be also required to track and manage our paid search budgets. Your main objective should be to ensure that our PPC ads and promotion endeavours have the most astounding return on investment (ROI.) SEO trends and understanding how to outsmart Google’s everchanging algorithms will keep you busy when you are not mastering your campaigns. You will need an intimate relationship with consumers, so you understand what they will respond to and also what technology is driving them each day. PPC advertising is a career where you have to learn by trial and error. You have to be willing to get your hands dirty and also be prepared to fail.

? Create Lead generation tactics & convert leads for all customers
? Sales meetings with the U.S.A and Australian Customers or leads
? Lead the way on organic growth tactics for Social Media
? Increase YouTube channels growth through ads
? Plan and form effective paid search strategies.
? Run and optimize different PPC (Pay per click) campaigns.
? Manage ad accounts on multiple platforms like Google Ads, Bing, etc.
? Take part in a selection of keywords and targeting audiences.
? Plan budget and monitor bids to increase better ROI.
? Track KPIs to evaluate performance and pinpoint issues
? Deliver reports for administration and management.
? Compose appealing and brief copies for adverts (Airtable - Trello)
? Sustain partnerships with PPC vendors and ad platforms.
? Discover approaches and ways to decrease the risk of click fraud.
? Stay up to date with PPC (Pay per click) advertising and SEM (Search Engine Marketing) trends.
? Carry out market studies and analyze the analytics.
? Employ marketing analytics techniques to collect important data (social media, Google web analytics, rankings, etc.) - CYL Analytics
? Prepare and deliver promotional presentations.
? Write and post online content and social media accounts - Proofed by Copywriter
? Write marketing posts
? Communicate directly with customers and build relationships of trust.
Requirements
? 5+ Years experience in a Digital agency or Similar (PPC)
? Must have a home office with stable internet (Quiet location as weekly Zoom meetings are required)
? High level to detail
? Demonstrated experience in marketing principles
? Demonstrable ability to multitask and meet deadlines
? Well organized with a customer-oriented approach
? Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases.
? Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing software and online applications (CRM tools, Online analysis, Google Adwords,
? Experience in Adobe products (Photoshop and Illustrator)
? Experience working with WordPress
? High school diploma; A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a relevant field is a must.
? Outstanding knowledge of analytics tools, e.g. Google Analytics.
? Be able to work Australian Timezone hours - start time 8am (GMT+8)
