Our chiropractic agency is growing fast.

This means our founding team, Dennis Yu and Tristan Parmley are incredibly backed up with scheduling, pre-call notes, post-call notes, delegating internal actions, and keeping our time free of people who would otherwise abuse it.

We're looking for someone fast, who can be on our calls and on-top of follow up and documentation. They must be very detail oriented, meaning they'll use the phrase "Team Player" in the subject of their application to show they're paying attention, excellent at writing in English, and present on all calls.

Please provide examples of clients or assistant work you have done in the past, and to truly be considered, create a 1 minute video explaining (in your own words) what it means to be a team player who has the team's back.

The ideal candidate is a super skilled personal assistant and expert level project manager because they must understand the nuances of working within high powered relationships. You also must be available between 8am-5pm Monday-Friday, sometimes longer when there are urgent projects.
