Social Media Marketer / Manager

We specialize in Cybersecurity IT Services and we are looking for a talented Social Media Marketer / Manager to join our Digital Marketing team. If you have a creative way of thinking and of presenting our brand through multiple social media channels, we would like to make you part of our team. Ultimately, you should be able to increase our social media presence ensuring high levels of traffic and customer engagement.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
• Build a social media content plan and schedule posts
• Strategize and set-up paid ads that align with our business goals
• Engage with followers and communities by responding to queries, getting reviews and organizing chats and Q&A session
• Manage, create and publish original, high quality and optimized content with the help of our writer, designer and SEO expert
• Administer all company social media accounts ensuring up-to-date content
• Present social media insights and analytics and identify actionable items based on results weekly
• Create a strong social media network by connecting and engaging with industry professionals and target audience
• Stay up-to-date with new digital technologies and social media best practices
• Develop and implement strategies across all social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, etc)

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Proven work experience and strong portfolio as a Social Media Strategist or Social Media Manager and Marketer
• Hands-on experience using social media for brand awareness, funnels and conversion
• Hands-on experience in content planning and management
• An ability to identify target audience preferences and strategize content and advertisements to meet them

REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience: Must have at least 2 years of solid experience in Social Media management and marketing, preferably in a startup environment
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Availability: Must be available 40 hours per week, M-F PST Timezone. We use Hubstaff as a time-tracking tool.
