We are currently seeking an Account / Business Development Manager to join our expanding team in Noida & the Philippines in support of our industry's rapidly changing short- and long-term initiatives and staffing requirements. Job Description: The Account / Business Development Manager plays a vital role in creating long-term healthy relationships with the client, understands their needs, and works diligently with Zenex Partners teams to facilitate the client's requirements.
The ideal candidate will have experience delivering to high volume clients with a hybrid onshore/offshore recruiting model. Responsibilities will include:
Serve as the face of Zenex Partners and be accountable for all aspects of a client relationship, pre and post-sales technical
Responsible for increasing headcount, revenue, and gross margins from new clients & existing clients.
Accountable for building a sales pipeline for the account.
Accountable for delivering all activities per SLAs set for the
Effectively manage and prioritize a high-volume requisition workload.
Possess demonstrable selling, negotiation, communications, and problem-solving skills.
Prospecting to identify any available opportunities with the client
Establish relationships with key client contributors such as Hiring Manager, Procurement, Managed Service Providers (MSP) & VMS with the client
Generate revenue and gross profit by building good relationships with hiring managers with the client
Maximize market share with the client.
Ensure company’s top supplier ranking with the
Bachelor’s Degree required
5+ years of experience in a client-facing IT Staffing role – IT / Engineering / Telecom /Investment banking / Light industry / Pharma/Healthcare client experience is highly preferred
Strong knowledge of MS Office applications: Outlook, Word, and Excel
Must be detail-oriented and able to create spreadsheets to track and measure progress
Problem-solving mentality
Prior Recruiting experience – Good to have
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strong networking and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
