We're looking for a responsible person to handle our Seedbox customer support (by email/tickets), server maintenance, accepting new orders, and participating in forum conversations.
Currently we have around 5-10 questions a day, many of which are similar. We have an FAQ page, from which most answers can be found.
Our requirements are:
- PAST EXPERIENCE IN CUSTOMER SUPPORT
- Stable internet connection
- Excellent English skills (read & write)
- Ability to work from home without distraction
- Ability to respond promptly and politely
- Good decision making skills
- Skype
- LINUX TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE = ADVANTAGE
- EAGERNESS to learn Linux and server management
All of our servers are based on Debian Linux, and both maintenance and customer support will require high knowledge on this matter - Even if you are not an expert, but an technical person and you have basic knowledge, as long as you can learn fast, and have the eagerness to learn the subject. we can teach you the rest.
After some period of working together, more assignments and liabilities may be discussed, depending on performance.
