The telephone customer service representative will accept telephone calls from Monday - Friday, 10:00am - 6:00pm EST from individuals who have seen our advertising and are looking to sell their homes. He/she will explain what the company does and then request information as listed on the form we will provide. They will need to ask specific questions as listed on the form. Upon completion of the call, the customer service representative will email the completed form to the company email address. Training will be provided.
Requirments:
- Excellent verbal English and written English skills required
- Excellent customer service skills - individuals calling may be experiencing a hardship and we need to be sympathetic to their situations.
- Ability to take additional information notes on information discussed that is not on the form
