Accounting Assistant

We’re looking for a full-time virtual Accountant Assistant to help record and reconcile all daily financial activity for our e-commerce business. You need at least 3 years of Quickbooks experience and previous job experience in an accounting position.
Accuracy is key in this role, and you need an eye for discrepancies. The ideal candidate would be methodical and detail oriented. You will be dealing with 200+ transactions on a daily basis.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Record daily invoices in Quickbooks for all orders that ship out
Record daily credit card and paypal payments in Quickbooks
Daily reconciliation of two bank accounts and two paypal accounts
Resolve errors that occur in daily transactions that post

QUALIFICATIONS:
3+ years in financial recording or bookkeeping role
Quickbooks expert knowledge required
Experience with Excel and plenty of experience working with data

This is a virtual position with a company based in the USA. Your work schedule will be the following:
8:00am - 5:00pm Mon-Fri CST (9:00pm - 05:00am Mon-Sat PHT)
*** Looking for these hours ONLY. Must be able to work nights productively.
Since FAST and dependable internet access is a MUST, please only apply if you live in an area where you don't experience any or much electricity outage. Qualified candidates will be selected for a skype interview where I can see your work area/computer setup. There will also be a paid trial period before I hire permanently.
