Marketing Coordinator

Real Estate sale business looking for someone to learn our lead generation systems (website, CRM, Text portal), build and manage Facebook advertisements, Create and send weekly email newsletter, help with online presence, manage social media (FB, Insta, LinkedIn) and overall help support our husband and wife team. Will not require any voice to voice communication with customers. Email and text only. Must be client focused, able to multi-task and willing to work from 5 am-10 am Philippine Time, which will be 4pm-9 pm my time in USA. 25 hours per week.
