JOB OVERVIEW

Do you tweet, share, and post to social media in your sleep? Do you know what it takes to grow an online community? We're looking for a Social Media Associate to maintain our social media accounts by implementing strategies and tactics that grow our followers, engage and retain them, and help convert them into leads, customers, active fans, and promoters of our company. You should be able to understand how to both build and convert a digital audience using best practices and trends in social media marketing. This position is geared towards Real Estate Investing.


Responsibilities
Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
Design and implement social media strategies to align with business goals
Set specific objectives and report on ROI
Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news)
Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, to ensure brand consistency
Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
Oversee social media accounts’ design
Update content on company websites
Create and manage company funnels
Track, measure and analyze all initiatives to report on social media.
Implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications

Requirements
- Good to have Social Media skills:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Associate
- Hands-on experience in content management
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
- Knowledge of online marketing channels
- Familiarity with web design
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and multitasking skills
