Kajabi Opt-In Wall

Hi there! We're attempting to create an opt-in wall for all of our blog posts, very similar to the example in the link below, where users have to enter their email address in order to continue reading (and then I'm assuming that cookies them for a period of time which allows them to continue reading without having to input their email address again). ----------
