Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a seasoned professional to fill the role of Marketing Specialist which would also be responsible for web development and design.

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing effective marketing strategies, assisting with campaign development, analyzing the effectiveness of each campaign and developing our lead generation programs.

The successful candidate will play an integral role in building and engaging the company's customer base, and creating effective strategies that will promote the long-term growth of our firm.

Marketing Specialist & Web Developer responsibilities:

- Develop marketing strategies for projects, including company websites and social media
- Work closely with the sales team on program development and implementation
- Create and execute lead generation programs
- Analyze data to determine campaign efficiency
- Ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines
- Develop and communicate marketing plans, campaign results and project recommendations to senior management team
- Modify websites we currently own to our specifications
- Build websites using the WordPress CMS from the ground up
- Set up website forms
- Set up popups

Marketing Specialist & Web Developer skills:

- 3+ years' experience in a marketing role
- Strong organization and prioritization skills
- Proficiency with Google Analytics and web analysis tools
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills
- Highly proficient w/ WordPress, CSS and HTML coding
- Graphic design capabilities not mandatory- but a huge plus
- Logo creation- not mandatory, but a huge plus
- Very proficient English Speaking
- Very proficient English writing
- Very prompt and precise communication and work
- Ability and willingness to go the extra mile to complete projects on time
- Willing to adapt to our needs
- Maintains professional and courteous demeanor w/ coworkers and owners
