Cold Caller

NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED BUT PREFERRED
I NEED SOMEONE WHO CAN SPEAK ENGLISH VERY WELL PLEASE

I have a real estate wholesaling business( GREAT OPPORTUNITY! ) MAKE $400 monthly plus bonuses
-I need a cold caller to call potential seller's who might be interested in selling their property for 40 hours a week
-needs to know how to speak and understand English
-needs to pre-qualify sellers for me to then call and lock up the deals!
-needs to be trainable
-needs to be honest and respectful
-English accent needed or close to it
-polite
-integrity
-honesty
-This is not an easy job people will yell at you, and curse at you. if you can not handle it then do not apply. The pay will be great though.

This job will be $1 per hour/$120 a month salary + 5% commission which is usually $250 or more per deal. ( we can see you providing us with 1-3 deals monthly!!!!
-Potential pay monthly is $400-$1000 monthly
