Project Manager – Cebu (Urgent!)

You must be an experienced project manager familiar with web or application development, quality control and documentation. You will work closely with every team member – designers, developers, and administrative staff to achieve results and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement management strategies and key performance metrics for the development team.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and SEO specialists to deliver excellent user experience for our clients and partners.
• Analyze and scope projects to determine time and cost.
• Manage projects, and maintain detailed task lists and timelines using scheduling tools.
• Interface with clients to develop detailed work specifications, identify and resolve issues, and manage risk.
• Organize and lead regular team meetings.
• Provide reports on a regular basis.

Requirements:
• Ability to work full time in Apas-Lahug, Cebu City near IT Park.
• Ability to work day or night shift as required.
• Must be a holder of a bachelor’s degree in business or IT or equivalent experience.
• Must have a minimum of 4+ years as a web developer.
• Must have very good spoken and written English skills with proficiency in grammar and composition.
• Expert knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for continuous improvement.
• Ability to engage and influence all levels in the organization.
• Experience with large-scale corporate website redesign, UI/UX development with an understanding of cross browser compatibility, and SEO is a plus.
