Experienced Real Estate VA

Job description: research for: seller and cash buyer leads -contacting sellers- making offers- negotiating with sellers. Also some knowledge of Craigslist Facebook LinkedIn etc
Our company is paying a base salary of $1.00 per hr plus $ 0.50 for every lead that is a bonifide lead ( will turn into an offer ) and $ 100 for every offer that gets excepted. Our company makes 50-75 offers per week and gets between 2-4% excepted.
