Web Designer + General Designer - Figma & Sketch

Please READ carefully:

Looking for a few high-quality designers who are also quick - emphasis would be on quick! Please apply ONLY if you think your experiences and skills are related to the description ---------- n help a growing startup with a variety of design needs including:
- Designing landing pages
- Designing responsive web pages
- Mocking up simple logos
- Posters / flyers
- Designs for social media posts / etc.
- Varied designs for growth experiments.

Who would be a good fit for this?
- Complete mastery of English both spoken/written with 3-5 years related work experience.
- You're confident you're a good designer. We have strong designers in our company and we'd want your design work to be high quality as well.
- You work/move ---------- t looking for someone with a 2-3 week lag irrespective of quality. We simply move too fast for that - the candidate would not be a good fit and we would both be disappointed.
- Someone who considers themselves a varied and flexible designer. Likes to design lots of different kinds of things and actually enjoys the variety.
- Someone who doesn't get too annoyed with requests for tweaks/modifications -- we're respectful and we understand that there's extra effort with each tweak made, but also I wouldn't be able to work with someone who got easily frustrated by this.
- Communicative -- we'd likely set up two-way sharing and comms infrastructure + would allow us to reach you and you to reach us quickly through shared Softwares/folders. The ideal candidate just consistently is very quick to respond.
- Ideal candidate would be able to field a request from me and turn around a product or at least something rough for feedback within 48-72 hours consistently **depending upon scope of course** (This assumes of course there was an ongoing relationship with an understanding of your availability).
- You'd likely get a rough mock-up from me, or someone else on our team and then would be asked to make it much better instead of a complete blank slate without direction.
- Should also be comfortable/excited to also just hear an idea or request, ask the right questions, and make a design from scratch and then prototype through feedback quickly.
- Someone who is communicative and wants to work with other A teammates. Our company would implement your designs with fidelity & they will touch people's lives for the better - they will make an impact.
- Looking to build a long-term relationship with a couple designers to return to for repeat work if the initial first trials go well!

MUST have extensive experience with:
- Figma (Required)
- Sketch (Required)

Has familiarity with:
- Indesign
- Illustrator
- Photoshop
- Canva (used when we want to design something quick - often for simple flyers/social)

- Bonus: if you know any HTML/CSS and are front-end "conversant." Would be great if you could communicate with our front-end engineers effectively about implementation.
