Hello! Are you a detail-oriented, highly-organized master of multi-tasking? If so, I want you to help me in my real estate buying/marketing activities. I am a real estate investor, business owner and sales speaker based in Orlando, Florida, USA. You will have the opportunity to earn multiple times your base salary as outlined below.

I have an immediate opening for a VA to help me send out Direct Mail Marketing letters ordered through the internet and receive calls in response to these letters.

• Based on 6 hours per day, 5 days per week, base compensation is PHP 9,600 PHP every 4 weeks (equivalent to PHP 10,000 per month).

CRITICAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• ***Dedicated work hours are from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (I am based in Orlando, Florida), Monday to Friday.***
• Scheduling paper marketing letters to be mailed out through an online service. Must upload a database of addresses and maintain it’s accuracy over time.
• Completing a simple questionnaire with people calling you in response to these letters.
