Graphic Designer - Flexible Work Hours

I am running a business selling accessories for the Apple MacBooks. I am developing the products myself from scratch with a team of engineers.

We are focused on very high quality and a great customer experience! As a result, great design is very important for this business!

I would like to find a graphic designer who is flexible in multiple areas.

You will require the following skills for this position:

Design Skills
You should be able to create modern high-quality graphic designs!??

Problem Solving
Can you find solutions or better ideas on your own, by using Google?

Detail-oriented
You will double-check your own work to make sure things are correct. Follow instructions in a detailed manner.

Flawless English
You should be able to read and write English flawlessly. This is required to ensure no communication problems and efficient workflow.

Web Design
It would be a big plus if you have basic knowledge of web design (HTML and CSS), please let me know in your initial email if you do or you don't.

3D software
Another benefit, but not necessarily needed, would be if you are able to work with 3D models
