Online Coach needing Appointment Setter and Lead Generation

Hello, we are an Online Coaching/Courses business looking for a Full-Time Appointment Setter and Lead Generator to join us.
You will be our second hire with huge earnings potential and growth. We are looking for someone long-term with the potential to train to become our Operations Manager as we start scaling up.

REQUIRED (DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THESE SKILLS)
- Experience with Appointment Setting and Lead Generation on Facebook and Linkedin
- Familiar with Online Coaching/Courses business model
- Familiar with Online Marketing (Facebook ads, Conversion Funnel)

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
#1 KPI: Ensure our calendars are fully booked (8-10 appointments everyday)
- Secure real-time appointment, re-scheduling and cancellation (!!!)
- Qualify lead generation
- Electronically access to schedules and calendars
- Educate customers on products or services
- Respond queries from clients
- Other Virtual Assistant tasks
