Hello! Are you a detail-oriented, highly-organized master of multi-tasking? If so, I want you to help me in my real estate buying/marketing activities and with occasional admin and personal tasks. I am a real estate investor, business owner and sales speaker based in Orlando, Florida, USA. You will have the opportunity to earn multiple times your base salary as outlined below.

I have an immediate opening for a VA to help me send out Direct Mail Marketing letters ordered through the internet, receive calls in response to these letters and General Admin tasks as needed. The requirements include:
COMPENSATION:
• Based on 6 hours per day, 5 days per week, base compensation is PHP 9,600 PHP every 4 weeks (equivalent to PHP 10,000 per month).

• You will invoice me every 2 weeks through Onlinejobs.ph and Payoneer.
• Understanding that your initial training will require a large time-investment on my part and that it will naturally take you some time to become more self-sufficient, compensation will begin weekly at approximately 85% of your regular salary with 5% increases each week provided you are maintaining a eager positive attitude and demonstrating measurable improvements in your learning and skill level.
CRITICAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• ***Dedicated work hours are from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (I am based in Orlando, Florida), Monday to Friday.***
• Implementing and managing monthly direct mail campaigns through online portals.
• Receiving inbound calls from people responding to these direct mail campaigns who potentially want to sell their business, vacant land or real estate property.

• Conducting outbound calls to gather quotes from vendors and for general research.

• Maintaining an accurate log of properties we’ve made offers on.
• Must be comfortable using

YOUR EXPERIENCE:
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills—with the ability to speak and write with a decent level of professionalism.
• Strong, efficient, and accurate multi-tasking capabilities.
• Intermediate general computer skills.
• Intermediate software skills, e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Direct mail portals.
• Ability to quickly learn online portals and software applications that come with instructions anyways.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to think for yourself.
• Prior U.S. real estate and/or marketing experience would be an asset.
