Hello, I am Self Employed and I am starting up my Wholesaling Business. I am seeking a Real Estate Wholesaling Acquisition & Disposition VA / Admin versed in all aspects of Real Estate Wholesaling. One who is fully trained in "All aspects of the job and can come in running the business. Hours will later expand.
Are you an experienced Wholesaling Acquisition & Disposition Specialist / Admin?
Do you enjoy your current job as a Wholesaling Acquisition VA but you're not getting good bonuses?
Do you know all the systems required to be successful in your duties and can set up and run each system?
Are you good at contracts, COMPS, ARV's and negotiating and closing the deal?
Are you good at recruiting, training, and managing others and wear many hats well?
Do you have excellent experience and knowledge of Real Estate wholesaling that you can do the whole job in your sleep?

Look, there is no need for me posting on here the job description because I believe if you know this business, you will be able to tell me about it and I'm looking forward to hearing you share. You already know the commitment and dedication that is needed to make the business a success. You're just eager, hungry, and ready to work with someone who can reward you greatly for the hard work and well-done job you did after the deal closes and funds.
Gosh! I sure get it. I'm not going to beat around the bush. If you're able to work the real estate wholesale business from front to end and close the deal and its funds, then I'm just going to reward you for a job well done. How? For every deal that nets $10k and more for the assignment fee, I'm just going to reward you 3% on each deal that you close and it funds. Yes, that's right, 3%. That means, $300 USD for each deal that closes and funds $10k and more. If you close a deal that nets a $20,000 assignment fee, the 3% that you receive is $600 USD. The more deals you close and it funds and the more assignment fee you bring me, the more bonus you get! Now if you don't recognize a good deal for you, then I don't know what to tell you.
**You Must be able to close 5 to 10 deals a month that funds and more as you progress.**
I enjoy rewarding excellence! If you come in already fully trained and know exactly what to do from A to Z, then you are just the person I'm looking for. I shouldn't have to spend time training you because you're a pro and you're already doing it.

HOME OFFICE REQUIREMENTS
Fixed internet connection (DSL, Cable, Fiber) of at least 5 MBPS
Main PC/Laptop must be 4GB RAM with a processor of at least Core i3 or equivalent
A backup plan in cases of power outages and connectivity issues
Noise-canceling Headset and a comfortable chair
Quiet work area
