Shopify Ecommerce Developer/Designer

We have an immediate need for an experienced Shopify Developer to join our team.  The required developer should have experience customizing and working with the development of Shopify themes. Work needs vary between ongoing support, iterative site improvements, Shopify App recommendations, template design and development

You should be able to show examples of past work
You should know how to optimise a Shopify site
You should be familiar with the Shopify programming language

Possessing good graphic design skills will be a bonus

The Shopify developer will help with site updates, execute both front end and back end improvements, and quickly resolve website performance issues (i.e. outages and bugs). This individual should be a self-starter, up-to-date with the latest Shopify trends/apps.

Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, Photoshop
Knowledge of JavaScript and JQuery
Strong knowledge of web browsers, web servers, and web protocols
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Able to hand-code without the use of a WYSIWYG editor
Able to develop responsive designs
Make changes to existing pages/sites
