Contract Administration

Need some assistance with a job based in Sorrento, Victoria, Australia.
1. Need a detailed scope of works marked up from a Contractors Point of view (will provide basic outline on whats expected)
2 Based on Sub Contractors Quotation
3. Contracts will be based on supply labour, materials, equipment and machinery. For packages such as concrete, Windows & so on.
4. Must have prior experience
5. Must have great understanding of a variety of Construction areas
6. Must have experience in writing Sub Contractor Agreements (Trade packages) from a Main Contractor’s perspective (Builder)
7. Must be well versed in English writing skills
8. Must be able to pick up on building abbreviations and Building Lingo
