JOB OVERVIEW

Prefer English/Spanish speaker.
Assist With customers request coming by email, text and phone calls.
Track the progress of customer request and coordinate with technical crew to complete tasks.
Proactively check customers account to find issues or concerns with their system
Call customer for feedback and/or collect payment
