Our established business brokerage firm has more leads than we can reasonably manage, so we're hoping to add an experienced assistant to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to potential buyers interested in reviewing companies listed for sale, managing the required documents needed to allow access to confidential information. We work with digital, technology, internet and ecommerce businesses, so if you have experience in any of these industries we want to hear from you.
- Send Hellosign (like Docusign) documents to buyers for signatures
- Customize and Send
- Respond to
- Schedule appointments for meeting requests between multiple parties, checking for accuracy, timezones and confirmations
- Follow up on leads for buyers and sellers by sending messages to them after initial contact
- Maintain contact management system for clients (update names)
- Advise buyers and on best practices and pricing strategies (point them to youtube videos I've already recorded)
- Respond to queries for information and access relevant files

Requirements
- Have a laptop or desktop
- Have high speed - reliable internet, power and the ability to communicate with your new employer
- Past executive assistant experience (in your response, explain what experience you have, what duties and responsibilities you did in this role, and how long this role lasted)
- Experience with Google Suite (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Gmail etc)
- Experience with Adobe PDFs Adobe Acrobat, HelloSign and other custodial document technologies (in your response, explain what experience you have, how did you use these systems?)
- Familiarity with administrative duties (in your response, explain what experience you have, what duties and responsibilities you did in this role, and how long this role lasted)
- Experience using
- Have Excellent Typing speed and accuracy (share the results of any test you have taken proving this skill)
- Excellent knowledge of correct English spelling, grammar and punctuation (write 200 words about your most recent job as a virtual assistant)

- Secondary School or High school diploma; additional computer training or certification will be an asset
