Web Designer - B2B, Landing Pages, Social Ads

Hi there! Our growing digital agency Mighty Orbit is seeking an experienced web/graphic designer to support the needs of our technology clients and internal projects. This role is best for someone that likes the idea of applying their experience across a variety of industries.

For this role, you should have experience creating brand identity packages, websites/landing pages, social media ads, and other marketing materials that drive conversions.

Your responsibilities
- Design conversion-focused websites/landing with design elements that match client’s brand
- Design and produce design assets including: logo design, brand identities, business cards and social media collateral.
- Create attractive lead magnets (can vary from ebook, checklist, pricing/product sheets)
- Create designs for social media ads creative (Facebook ads, Instagram carousels)
- Create designs for other marketing materials as needed (emails, flyers, youtube images)

- Your a creative thinkers
- You have an eye for detail and a firm understanding of what design elements drive conversions.
- You are passionate about great design and have previous experience/contributions to prove it.
- You can work cross-functionally with clients, copywriters, project managers to get things done.
- You should be an excellent communicator. Able to explain the “why”, behind your design decisions.
- You follow the best practices for web design workflow and can provide wireframe + pixel perfect assets to developers.
- You use the latest tools and frameworks wireframes, Figma, Sketch, Zeplin, Invision, etc to get your work done.
