IT Support Staff

This position will strictly report on-site.
Requirements:
• Qualified candidate/s must undergo quarantine and swab test before reporting to site.
• Staff house accommodation and meal will be provided by the company.
• Has a minimum of one (1) year of experience in related field.
• Has good diagnostic and problem solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Has an in-depth understanding in diverse computer systems and networks.
• Good knowledge of Windows 10 and VPN client.
• Can start ASAP
• Amenable to work on SHIFTING schedule, OVERTIME and HOLIDAYS.
Job Description:
• Set-up workstations with computer and necessary peripheral devices.
• Checks computer hardware and network device to ensure functionality.
• Installing & configuring computer hardware, software, systems, network, printers and scanner.
• Planning & undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrade.
• Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults.
