JOB OVERVIEW

Small marketing agency is looking for additional help with miscellaneous tasks as we continue to grow. The position will be for a General VA. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

- Occasional Photo Editing / Graphic Design
- WordPress - Building small websites (lead form/ landing pages), managing blogs, site updates, addressing issues as they arise.
- Google Suite - email support and organization, drive organization, importing docs from various team members into one account for centralized organization.
- Amazon - Product Listings, updates, fulfillment challenges
- Etsy - Product Listings, pricing changes, updates, fulfillment
- Shopify - Continuing to build out our store and improve the look and feel of it, Product Listings, etc.
- Blogging Support - Managing our new blog and getting things set up as we role out a new program
- Podcasting - Uploading and distribution of a new podcast series we will be starting in January of 2021.
- Basic organization is a must.
- You should be very open to communication and knowing when to ask questions for help or clarification.
- You’ll be free to work your own hours, but will have daily, weekly and monthly projects that need to be completed.
- We are based in Southern California on the PST time zone. And weekly meetings will need to be attended to cover project status and give updates to tasks.

Also helpful to know:
- Zoom calls and meetings
- ScheduleOnce application
- ClickFunnels (any experience with this should be brought up)
- Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Google advertising platforms
- English language is required to speak, write and read
- Timely follow up to emails, texts and other online communication is a must
- Slack, WhatsApp, Asana and other project management tools are used daily
- Basic understanding of email marketing programs like MailChimp, ActiveCampaign and Constant Contact will help
- Any background in E-commerce also helpful.

This will begin as a part time job as you transition into the position, but will become more of a full time (30-40 hours per week) job as you demonstrate your strengths and talents. Our last VA was employed for over 2 years before they started their own business and moved on. So this position has long term possibilities if you are a great fit.

We will start payment in the $4-8 per hour range, and will offer bonus structures and hourly increases as you advance. There will be a lot of on the job learning and many hours spent from your end doing homework for the job to be completed. We are looking for someone who wants to grow into the job and really make this a long term commitment. With the right attitude and skill set, you could go a long way with us.
