Klaviyo automation expert

Join a growing e-commerce beauty brand: we help women over 50 look and feel their best with unique custom skin care, nutritional supplements and digital courses (coming). Your challenge would be to fine-tine our emails in Klaviyo to segment, engage, convert and retain the leads we are generating. Email copy will be written, but if you have experience in writing converting emails it's a plus.
We want to be mailing our leads and customers 3-5 times a week + launch 1-2 promotions every month to maximize email revenue and stay in touch with our VIP customers by providing valuable content to help them improve their quality of life and enjoy all the benefits our products provide.
Right now most of the customers are NOT on subscription plans, and we want to bring more of them into monthly/bi-monthly subscriptions as well.
This is a challenging job for someone who gets excited about building complex, segmented Klaviyo automations and whose eyes light up thinking about a new A/B test to run.. Or how to optimize an underperforming email sequence, or move engaged leads into an SMS automation.
Leads we are generating right now come from a skin care quiz, so we know what they want in the first place (their skin challenge, skin type, age, etc) and we have lots of content to customize the follow-up with: skin care advice, our customers' reviews and testimonials, product recommendations and so on.

The salary range is approximate; We want to start at part-time, see how we work together - and if we like each other, upgrade to a permanent full-time position with performance-based bonus system, so you can get additional bonus compensation based on the revenue growth: since your efforts can generate up to 30%-50?ditional revenue for the brand, your salary should reflect that.

Requirements:
- Proof of previous work with Klaviyo/e-com brands that can be verified
- Strong HTML/CSS skills to create/optimize Klaviyo templates;
- A strong internet connection with a backup so there's never a case when you are offline for more than 24 hours (excluding weekends of course).
