JOB OVERVIEW

Description:
Synergy Healthcare, a clinical research company is seeking a sales and relationship manager virtual assistant. The company partners with Pharma companies to develop new drugs and medications for commercial use. Synergy Healthcare is seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant to manage client sales and relationship-building activities.

Hours
Part-time - 20 hours/Week

Role Outcomes
Consistently create new relationships with potential investors in the company as the company seeks to raise capital for investment
Consistently create new relationships with Pharma development clients
Keep company President organized and working efficiently

Role Activities
Manage the calendar of the company President and schedule regular meetings with potential investors and clients
Communicate & work directly with regularly the Company President to develop effective sales strategy
Utilize the company CRM to manage the development of new meetings and relationships
Utilize the company CRM to send initial as well as follow up emails to potential clients
Create templated email messages and email message sequences
Use Linkedin Sales Navigator search lists to Identify potential new company clients as well as potential company investors.
Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for routine and repeatable scheduling tasks

Requirements & Expectations:
Must be proficient at utilizing Linkedin Sales Navigator
Must be able to use our Contact Relationship Manager (Nutshell and Zoho) for managing contacts and creating email sequences
Must be able to use ClickUp
Must be able to use Slack which the company uses for ---------- e Calendly to assist with scheduling of calendar appointments.
Must be able to communicate with company team members using Google Meet
Must be adept at using gmail and GSuite Applications (eg. Drive, Docs, Sheets etc)
Must be able to use LastPass for password management.
Must be fluent in English and able to write clearly and concisely
Must be available during set hours each day or week and available for communication.
Must be able to generate weekly sales activity reports utilizing the company’s CRM.
Bachelors degree or higher level of education required
