Position
We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and creative Contract Physician Recruiters to join our team. You will work directly with the founder, CEO, and ---------- put, leadership, and creativity will be mandatory in our high growth environment.

Responsibilities
As a Contract Recruiter, you will be responsible for interviewing physicians, entering the interview into our CRM, then submitting their applications via a cloud-based vendor management system. You will be expected to follow up on your submittals and close deals!

Location: Philippines
Work Hours: 7 AM PST to 4 PM PST (Position requires working during USA time)

Requirements
Looking for an experienced, passionate, and creative Physician/Healthcare Recruiters
Seek, screen, and hire physicians/doctors to practice medicine for hospitals and healthcare practices as locum tenens.
Experience includes locating and screening applicants, conducting preliminary interviews, and liaising with the physicians and the VMS portals, hospitals, clinics for locum tenens.
Experience recruiting doctors (physicians) for positions published in various VMS portals.
Experience working with an ATS system.
Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
Experience working with a USA based healthcare recruitment company.
